TMD provides counsel with a wide variety of services such as data acquisition, data recovery and evidence gathering for your clients. TMD also provides consultation to attorneys for Electronic Discovery or "E-Discovery". E-Discovery came about due to amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, which also affects litigation in New Jersey.
